Optional Flu Clinic

Akron Children’s Hospital will be offering an optional flu clinic at the High School. Consent forms must be submitted by September 24th - download them here.

• Date: Monday, October 7th
• Who:
  • High School students (including AM CTE students at the high school)
  • Staff members under the age of 65
• Registration: Sign-up requires a 2-step registration process (see attached fliers for details)
• Consent Forms: Paper consent forms are due by Tuesday, September 24th. Please return them to your school health clinic.

This clinic is a convenient opportunity provided by Akron Children’s Hospital for our families and staff.
