Proof of Residency
To enroll a student, the custodial parent or legal guardian must provide proof of residency. Acceptable proof of residency includes any combination of two (2) of the following documents, which must be in the name of the custodial parent.
- Utility Bills: Gas, water, trash, electric, internet, or landline phone bill.
- Identification: Valid Driver’s License or state ID showing the current address.
- Financial/Income Documents: * A paycheck stub issued within the last 30 days.
- A current bank statement.
- Housing Documents: A signed rental lease, mortgage closing documents, or current homeowners/renters insurance policy.
- Government Mail: A Voter Registration Card or an official USPS Change of Address confirmation card (printed email receipts are not accepted).
