Proof of Residency

If you are in the process of building a residence within the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District, you must submit the following:

• A notarized affidavit stating the location of the residence and your intent to occupy it upon completion.
• A notarized statement from the builder confirming that construction is underway at the specified location.

If you will be residing with another individual within the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District, you must submit the following:

• Two (2) proofs of residency from the primary resident (selected from the approved list above).
• A completed, signed, and notarized Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools Residency Affidavit (available on the district registration webpage).

If you have purchased a home in the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District, but have not yet closed, a copy of the signed purchase agreement may be accepted as proof of residency.

• 90-Day Deadline: Final closing documents must be submitted to the District Office within 90 days of enrollment. Failure to provide these documents will result in tuition charges beginning on the 91st day.
• Additional Documentation: Within 30 days of closing, you must submit a utility bill showing the new address as your second proof of residency.
