Enrollment for the 2024-25 School Year

This is for students who live inside of the Stow Munroe Falls City School district

 

Grades 1-12 are now open

CLICK HERE to begin the enrollment process for grades 1-12. Once in Final Forms, follow all the instructions on the “New Student Registration Process” page to complete enrollment.

This is for students who live outside of the Stow Munroe Falls City School District

You can apply online or use the paper application linked below.

You will need to either upload or bring in all the documents needed to complete the application.

  2. Original Birth Certificate

  3. Immunization records

  4. Parents drivers license

  5. Court Documents (if applicable)

  6. IEP/ETR & or 504 (if applicable)

Intra Open Enrollment

This is for Stow Residents who want their students to attend one of our other elementary schools rather than their home school

SWORN STATEMENT OF RESIDENCY 

Please select the Sworn Statement of Residency form if you and your child(ren) are currently living with a Stow or Munroe Falls resident and you do not possess a proof of residency in your name. Please also provide a current utility bill, rental agreement, or home deed in the person's name who is completing the Sworn Statement of Residency. 

 

BULLDOG ONLINE ACADEMY

Families who are interested in information regarding Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools' Online Bulldog Academy may contact Mr. Jim Gotshall at st_jgotshall@smfcsd.org or 330.689.5443. We will be happy to answer all of your questions regarding the Academy and walk you through the steps to get your child enrolled. The Academy gladly accepts students from outside of the Stow and Munroe Falls cities through the Inter-District Open Enrollment program (see link above).
