Kindergarten - Now Enrolling 26/27

Kindergarten Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year! 

Please review and complete all four steps below to ensure your child is fully enrolled. 

If you are applying for inter-district open enrollment,  please wait until you receive a decision on your application before completing the steps below.

Step 1:

Is my child eligible for kindergarten?

  • A child is eligible to enter kindergarten if they turn five (5) years old on or before August 25, 2026.

Step 2:

Complete the FinalForms registration.

  • If you are new to Stow-Munroe Falls Schools, begin kindergarten registration HERE to create a FinalForms  account. (You must have an account to register your child.)
  • If you already have a child at Stow-Munroe Falls Schools, it is likely that you have an existing Final Forms account, click HERE to log in and begin kindergarten registration. (Please use the forgot password feature if you have forgotten your password.)
  • Once registered in Final Forms, complete and Sign every form in the formset to the left within FinalForms.
  • Please use the Final Forms guide for technical support within Final Forms. 

Step 3:

Schedule an in person appointment, bring the required documents, and pick up your welcome packet. This step is required to complete your child's registration.

  • Schedule your registration appointment 
    Bring the following required documents to your appointment:

    • Birth Certificate / Passport 

    • Immunization Records

    • Proof of Residency with parent/ Guardian name and address. (Need 1 of the following items) Current Utility Bill (gas, electric, water, trash, cable) Current mortgage statement or rental agreement, or Current pay stub

    • Custody Paperwork (if applicable)

    • Special Education Services Documentation (if applicable) provide child’s ETR & IEP (must have both)

Step 4: 

Review resources to prepare for kindergarten.

  • Review Kindergarten readiness activities in your folder from your registration appointment.
  • Kindergarten Screening- Look for information to be emailed to  you starting July 27, 2026.
