Join us on January 21, 2026, for the Six District Educational Compact (SDEC) Career Program Showcase at Kent State University!
Event Details:
During the School Day: Sophomores from six districts will tour exhibits of 29 Career-Technical Education (CTE) programs.
Evening Session: From 4:30-6:00 PM, the exhibits will be open to:
- Parents
- Boards of Education
- Community Members
- Business Partners
(Students are welcome to attend with their parents!)
This showcase offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about diverse career pathways, connect with local resources, and explore future-ready programs. Don’t miss it!

Free Child Safe Kits for Children/Grandchildren
American Income Life (AIL) has partnered with schools across the U.S. and Canada to provide the NO-COST Child Safe Kit®, proudly endorsed and supported by the International Union of Police Associations.
If your child is ever lost or abducted, vital data can quickly be relayed to authorities. That’s why your
child’s school, together with American Income Life Insurance Company, has arranged Child Safe Kits
for the children and grandchildren in your family at NO COST to you or the school. Additionally, you and your family may qualify for additional insurance benefits offered at this time.
