Wall of Fame Nomination Form
The Wall of Fame is a tribute to outstanding staff members of Stow-Munroe Falls High School. Framed portraits of past recipients hang in a place of honor in the high school. Individuals are nominated by the public and the high school staff. Honorees are selected in the spring and inducted in the fall every year.
Individuals to be recognized must meet the following criteria:
- Must be retired for two full years or is no longer employed by Stow-Munroe Falls High School.
- Had at least five years of service in grades 9-12 at Stow-Munroe Falls High School (at current location or at Workman or Lakeview buildings prior to 1987).
- Served as a full time certified or classified staff member as a teacher, counselor, administrator, librarian or support person.
- Has a significant positive impact on students through contact in the classroom, in co and extra- curricular activities, and/or the general school environment.
To nominate an individual, please complete the Wall of Fame Nomination Form and submit it to Kelly Shifflet via email at st_kshifflet@smfcsd.org or mail/drop off to SMFHS, 3227 Graham Rd., Stow, OH 44224. Nominations are due by Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
