Password Changes

Password changes are now synced accrossed multiple platforms. If you'd like to change your password, please follow the instructions below. 

New User/Reset Password:

  1. Use a district computer or navigate to http://selfservice.neonet.org
  2. Login using your username and temporary password.
    1. Username: ST_(FirstIntial)(LastName) - ST_JDoe
    2. Password: Temporary password received from supervisor
  3. Follow the prompts to change your password. 

 

Password Changes:

  1. Navigate to http://selfservice.neonet.org
  2. Login using your DASL credentials. 
    1. Username: ST_(FirstIntial)(LastName)
    2. Password: Same as DASL
  3. If you haven't done so already, you'll need to enroll in Self-Service before being able to change your password. (See Below)
  4. Select "Change Password" on the top tabs.
  5. Enter your "Old Password", followed by your "New Password" twice. 
  6. Select "Change Password".

 

Self-Service Enrollment:

Password self-service: Reset your password yourself if you forget it! Don't wait for the helpdesk!
Self-service Account Unlock: Unlock the computer, when you are locked out of it.
Password Synchronization: One password synchronized accrossed all district platforms! 

  1. Navigate to http://selfservice.neonet.org
  2. Login using your DASL credentials. 
    1. Username: ST_(FirstIntial)(LastName)
    2. Password: Same as DASL
  3. Select "Click Here".
  4. Fill out the security questions or select "Google Authenticator" at the top to use Google Authenticator.
  5. Select "Enroll".

 

Self-Service Reset Password (Forgot):

  1. Navigate to http://selfservice.neonet.org or select "Reset Password / Unlock Account" on any district PC login screen.
  2. Select "Reset Password". 
  3. Enter your Username, then select "Continue".
  4. Answer the seucrity questions or enter the code from Google Authenticator, then fill out the captcha. Select "Continue".
    1. If you have both questions and Google Authenticator setup, you may choose which one you'd like to use to reset your password. 
  5. Enter your new password twice, then fill out the captcha. Select "Continue".
