Reservation of School Facilities
- To complete a Reservation of a School Facility you must go to our reservation website.
- Reservations must be completed and submitted at least ONE MONTH PRIOR to the requested date.
- The building administrator(s) will review the application to determine if there are any scheduling conflicts with district/school use or other groups. Student/school activities take precedence over any outside organization's use of facilities.
- The building administrator will approve or deny the usage and sign off on the request, at which time, the requestor will receive notification via email.
- If the usage is approved at all necessary levels, an invoice (where appropriate) will be prepared and sent to the requesting individual. No district building may be used without prior approval.
