2014-2015 School Year Begins

Welcome to a new school year!  We look forward to seeing all of our students on Monday, August 25.  All students in 5th and 6th grade will start school on Monday.  Our doors will open at 8:00.

Please remember that 5th grade Open House will be Monday night from 6:30-7:30.  5th grade OASIS students and parents are invited to a session at 6:00.  6th grade Open House will be Tuesday night from 6:30-7:30. 6th grade OASIS students and parents are invited to a session at 6:00.

News from the bus garage:

If you were notified that you were to ride bus 50; your bus is now bus 20.  If you were notified that you were to ride bus 20; your bus is now bus 50.

If you were notified that you were to ride bus 55; your bus is now bus 6.  If you were notified that you were to ride bus 6; your bus is now bus 55.

Students will be allowed to enter the building at 8:00 AM for the 2014 - 2015 School Year.

As part of our new building security procedures, Lakeview will be locked every day at 3:45 p.m. All make-up work and forgotten items (books, homework, instruments, etc.) must be picked up before 3:45 p.m. each day. Custodians will not unlock doors for these purposes. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding as we try to make our building safe for students and staff.

NEW VISITOR PROCEDURES

As part of our new building security procedures, all visitors to Lakeview will be asked to leave their car keys at the front desk in return for a visitor lanyard. When you are ready to leave, you will be able to return your lanyard and retrieve your car keys. This procedure is in place in order to ensure that we get all visitor lanyards back.
