SMFHS Traffic Pattern Update

High School Traffic Pattern Returns to Original Flow August 29

STOW, OHIO—August 26, 2011—Traffic flow at Stow-Munroe Falls High School (SMFHS) will revert back to the original entrance and exit pattern as in prior years, effective Monday, August 29. Parents, students and staff will resume entrance to the parking lot at the east drive closest to the building, while exiting the west drive nearest the tennis courts. Signage will reflect the current traffic pattern, and police officers will be onsite to assist with arrival and departure.

“After a thorough review by high school administration and the Stow Police Department and listening to community feedback, the traffic model at the high school will revert back to the old pattern,” said Chris DiMauro, SMFHS assistant principal. “Every attempt to ensure student safety and to alleviate buildup on Graham Road will continue to be our central focus. We appreciate our students’ and parents’ continued patience as we work to create the safest and most efficient process as possible.”
