Please select the Sign Up Genius link to schedule student registration appointments. This link is for Stow or Munroe Falls families only. District families who prefer to schedule a registration appointment by phone may do so by contacting the Board of Education registration office at 330.689.5445.
Please click on the following link to complete online registration. Inter-district open enrolled students must receive approval before entering student information into Job Router.

Please gather the items required for student enrollment as indicated on the Check List and bring them with you to your scheduled appointment.
Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools offers two types of Open Enrollment:
INTER DISTRICT Open Enrollment and INTRA DISTRICT Open Enrollment
Applications may be scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, mailed to the Board of Education building located at 4350 Allen Road, Stow, OH 44224 or sent in to your school office. Please note inter district open enrollment applications must include your proof of residency (lease agreement, home deed, utility bill - no phone bills please), a copy of your child's birth certificate and custody agreement (if applicable) designating residential parent for education. If your student is currently on an IEP, please submit a copy along with student's ETR plan. New and renewal student applications will be accepted for the upcoming school year beginning February 1 until June 1. Applications for new students received after the June 1 deadline will not be accepted.
For students currently enrolled in the district who are moving during the school year, please submit your inter or intra district open enrollment application at any time during the course of your move. Please write the effective dateof your move on your application. Applicants will be notified of approval by phone or by mail.
The following describes which application will be required for your child(ren)'s enrollment:
I currently reside outside of the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District and wish to apply for Open Enrollment.
I currently reside within the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District and wish to transfer my K-4 child(ren) to an elementary school within the district other than the one in which I am assigned according to my address.
